Surface of the table is not solid wood as in description but rather a cheap veneer that started peeling up within weeks of purchase. Do not buy this table!

Excellent quality for price. Heavy, sturdy. Arrived undamaged, easy to put together. It has a slightly rustic finish, if I need more distressing, I can do that later. Coordinates with a variety of different chair styles and accessories. Quite happy with it.

Beautiful table looks awesome In my kitchen really sturdy. I took off one star because it came damaged and I could tell the box within the shipping box was damaged. However wayfair did issue a discount for the damage. Overall I’m really happy with the table. I like that it seats 6 and is wide enough to fit dishes in the middle while still have 6 plates.
