Tabouret de meuble-lavabo en bois massif Giselle

I was sent a completely different stool (wood and fabric different) which this manufacturer tried to tell Perigold was the correct one and their image was incorrect even thought the outside of the box says Aubrey stool..??? It says I have been issued a refund but there have been 2 credit periods and the refund has not shown on my Visa. Perigold has issued a new order but I have YET to receive them. Meanwhile the others sit boxed in my entry closet for months waiting for a return pick up. Not sure who DROPPED THE BALL on this messed up order.
