Florence 42" Modern Farmhouse Metal Platform Bed

Bought two of these for my toddler boys' room. Love that they are sturdy and they can gro into them!

This is my second purchase of the Florence Bed. Love the style and ease of putting together. Directions are a little confusing when using numbers and letters to reference the same pieces. I ended up just using a video I found online.

Easy to put together, pretty sturdy, can store stuff under the bed, but not sturdy and terrible for long-term, daily use. Almost every other night I wake up and some part of my body hurts... for user context, under 30 years old, male, 6'1", 185lbs, and product primarily only has one user. If you care about your sleep and health, don't buy this - look for other platform beds that have wooden slats. Easier said than done, but spend the extra money on something that plays such a vital role in your quality of life (and that goes for mattresses too). If it's going in a spare bedroom for guests, it's fine. You just may hear the loud metal creaks when they toss & turn all night, and you'll need to give them a strong cup of coffee the next morning to make up for the terrible night sleep they had. BUT if you do buy it for yourself to use because it's affordable and simple, you should think about getting a 0.75" thick piece of plywood to put under your mattress and on top of the bed frame.

We’ve had this bed long enough that I feel I can give an honest review. This bed is sturdy and has enough clearance underneath to be able to use a couple of deep rolling drawers for clothing storage in my daughters’ shared bedroom. Perfect for our needs, and it is a timeless design.

This was super easy to assemble and my daughter loves it.
