So far so good… it is true to the photo and seems to be of good quality. I hung it for a day to see if the wrinkles and creases would come out. They did not. I used a steam mop to steam the surface and that worked to get out the wrinkles and creases. I ordered these chair mats recently and was a little surprised that they felt pretty cold when they arrived. If you’re ordering during the winter, I’d recommend letting them sit at room temperature for a while before unrolling them. Once they warmed up and I followed the instructions, they flattened out without any issues. So far they’ve been working really well. My chair glides smoothly on the carpet now, which is a big improvement from before. They also look nice and are easy to wipe clean, so maintenance has been simple. This is a very nice office chair mat to protect my hardwood floor. I used to buy the see-through plastic mats for the chair to roll around on, but decided to try Wayfair's suggestion in regards to this type of mat. I'm glad I did.
