I really love these nightstands! They came fully assembled, which made setup incredibly easy. They were also packaged very securely and arrived in perfect condition. I love that they have three drawers, providing plenty of storage space for all my bedside essentials. They’re also the perfect height for my bed. For the price, this cabinet has been one of the best well made pieces I have purchased from Wayfair. We are talking wood - not MDF or some other engineered wood product. It states on the instructions it requires two people to assemble but I completed it on my own as a 66 Y/O woman in about 1 1/2 hrs. The predrilled holes (lined with metal to secure screw threads - do not know the official name for these?) were spot on for screw placement and this cabinet also sported heftier screw bolts. I reviewed the instructions very carefully but still found myself having used some longer screw bolts in places I should not have used. Resulting in having two, too short of bolts for the legs (lucky for me, I had some extras in my garage!). The directions could have been written better without a doubt - but in the end, it came together very nicely. There was some damage to the wood (scratches) upon receipt. The package itself for the cabinet was very well wrapped and it took me some time to unwrap. The parts sticker is on the bubble wrap for each piece - so keep that in mind when unpacking and preparing to put this unit together. The shelves are not adjustable, so what you see is what you get but they are solid. The wood doors are definitely unique and I am adjusting to the look (I usually stick to Victorian style) but it fits well and blends well in my room with the other pieces of furniture.
