Absolutely beautiful and and easy to put together. My one complaint would be that though the top IS solid wood, I was disappointed to find it still had a laminate over it. Any scratch to the surface and it will bubble if it gets wet and that will eventually ruin the surface. This 100% solid wood dining table is the culmination of years of honing the craft of furniture manufacturing and design. It combines innovative techniques like a customizable base platform and wood embossing technology to create a one-of-a-kind product.

Nice and heavy solid pine table. It was packaged very well and delivered in two separate boxes. Assembly took about 90 minutes with two people. The online assembly instructions show the top piece as ONE piece. However, the top comes in four pieces. I’ve had the table for a week and it still has a very strong smell. Hopefully that fades with time. The "embossed oak finish” makes it look a bit like fake wood when close up, but not a deal killer. The grooves between the boards are pretty wide, so I’m sure crumbs will get in them and be difficult to clean. Beautiful table and easy to put together. It took almost 2 months for delivery, but we got it during COVID. The only thing we didn’t like is that it came damaged on one of the corners. Its hard to find a dining table of a narrower width like this one. This feature made our table the perfect match for our space. I took off a star because I feel the table top has a bit of a wobble. I’m writing this review now in the hopes that I will be updating it soon with better things to say. I ordered the Calila rectangular dining table to refresh my kitchen several weeks ago. Th table included white glove delivery that I was very happy to try. It has been quite an adventure but not the good kind. The first table arrived, and I am very impressed with the white glove delivery and the delivery guys. The problem was that once they began assembly, they realized that the hardware included was not the right size and would damage the table, so they wrapped it all up and ordered me a new one. The second table came and was assembled with the correct hardware but when they flipped it over it had a big chunk out of the top side so back that one went. I hoped 3 was a charm but not so lucky. The pictures I have attached are of the partially assembled table sitting on my kitchen floor where it has been for about 2 weeks. When the guys started the assembly, they once again realized that the included hardware was wrong and would damage the table. They immediately called Wayfair and new hardware was to be sent. I’m still waiting. Wayfair has been very receptive, but the manufacturer/warehouse has been less than helpful. It’s just some screws or bolts and the package would fit in my palm so I’m not sure what the shipping hold up is. I just got an email saying that my parts would be here in about 3 weeks, ugh really? I do believe the table will be nice as I already have the matching bench sitting in my kitchen waiting for its table. The cane sides are very nice, and the bench is sturdy so high hopes for the table. To be continued…okay now that I finally got the hardware and finished putting the table together, I can say I am very happy with it. There was a minor flaw on the topside of the table but unless you are looking for it it's not very noticeable. You can see it in the picture attached. I do wish the cane was in a bit more securely but all in all the quality is good. It is also a very attractive table, and the cane sides make it more so. I am giving it 4 stars which is being generous because I am ignoring all the hassle that hopefully the next buyer would not experience.. Marge. Stuart, FL. Thu Jul 18 2024

For the price absolutely amazing! It’s a bit of a change for us because we switched from a HUGE oak table so it feels very lightweight to me but I might be skewed a little in that feeling. I looveee how non invasive the base of the table is - it allows so much more leg room and really brightens our kitchen. The table top is 3 separate slats of wood so the only thing I’ll add is that there are slight gaps and doesn’t lay perfectly aligned but depending on your usepreferences it may or may not matter to you.
