This is a nice chair that is comfortable and gets the job done. Most aspects are adjustable like the arms that raise the lumbar support (albeit little support and small adjustable range). It will not blow you away or impress with high quality, but it is not cheap. It lands somewhere in the middle of the quality spectrum. For example the lumbar support (pictured) along with the neck and some other key parts are just plastic and not incredibly sturdy. The base arrived well packed and bubble wrapped but still came with dings scratches (pictured) and the base cover slip is a very cheap ( dirty) piece of plastic that is meant to be permanently placed there per the instructions but appears a bit tacky. However the chair is very sturdy, and the wheels glide very well. The seat is a large base that has plentiful cushion and is a very comfortable seat. I have work from home for over 20 years. Having a good desk chair is very important when you consider the number of hours you spend there every week.This desk chair has a nice wide seat that is very comfortable with quality foam. The mesh back is also very comfortable to lean against and offers nice support. The arms are adjustable forward and backward, up and down, and side to side. There is also a lumbar adjustment in the back, as well as the adjustable headrest.I keep a very light lumbar support but it is nice to have. I don’t use the headrest much, but it is also nice to have when it is needed throughout the day.The wheels/rollers glide nicely. I have a hard chair mat on our carpet. It is very smooth when you’re pushing out or scooting closer to the desk.Finally, it took about 35 minutes to assemble the chair.the included tool is pretty good as well.
