This adjustable office chair arrived in a banged up box, it looks like it was definitely put through the gauntlet before arriving to me. However, with my faithful little helper Lexie, the assembly was very easy, and I do like this product. The quality is okay, the chair itself, is off kilter a bit, and the cushion is average. These chairs are a great deal. They are comfortable and put together pretty easily. The complaint is putting on the casters. Those are tricky! Very high quality, easy to put together, and strong. I am a 6' 3", 310 lb man, and this chair is big even for me. Definitely recommend. I also purchased for the head support, and it is the prefect height for my head.The headrest is not height-adjustable, which is the only downside I see. The wheels roll smooth. Nice chair, the seat is a bit firmer than I expected but it was easy to put together. The arms can be a little finicky to get where I was but just something to get used to. When I first unboxed it I thought that it was broken but once I put the chair together everything started working. This chair is really nice, it's easy to put together and while I'm not huge on bouclé I did want the size of the seat to have a comfortable office chair. It works for my needs and I like the chair.
