Both the couch seat and small arm cushions are a downy feather blend. Couch back cushions are well stuffed with a poly foam blend. Seat cushions are a bit firm to reduce sagging. Sturdy construction classic design….Very comfortable and perfect proportions…I’m 5’3”. Seat cushions appear slightly saggy-wrinkled and loose after sitting in…see photo. The back cushions are fluffy and tight and are fine probably filled with different material. It’s like they didn’t fill the seat cushions enough (maybe due to the down wrapped foam). I want to insert a rectangle of foam to create a better look. Very comfy though…not too swishy or stiff. The proportions feel really great and we love the square armrests.Took a chance on the chateau gray boucle without seeing a sample. It is a warmcream tone more than a cool gray., which is good. The boucle texture is ok but not my favorite…selected based on our two cats and feel we made a good decision. Price and quality excellent. Delivery was within the timeframe after a month delay… Everything went smoothly and glad we were in town because the delivery window was moved up and we had only two days notice… but we’re so happy to receive it after that extra month wait..
