This was exactly what I was looking for and was happy with it when I put it down. But, within just a few days the mat was noticeably dirty where the chair rolls and under my feet. The only shoes I tend to wear while working are house shoes that are not worn outside. It is not durable for an office mat in my opinion, although, it was nice looking before it became o soiled..
