These dressers exceeded my expectations! I was hesitant to replace my old oak dresser with something from online, but these are the exact look and function we needed in our bedroo. I was interested in an extra long dresser, but decided that purchasing two of these instead would give me more flexibility in the future. They are perfect for me and my husband. Love the look and it’s real wood! The value for the cost is so good. Decent amount of work to put it together - 2.5 hrs working fast solo and I’m no stranger to assembly and used power tools for most fasteners. Looks great. Minor complaints: Smells like the stain is kind of fresh. I’d leave drawers open a while to make sure they’re fully dry before trusting them to clothes. Possibly put some liners in the drawers. I’m not sure why they stained the drawer bottoms as these seem like they might discolour clothes. I might just put some vinyl liners in them. Other minor complaint is that the cam lock nuts didn’t really work that well. They didn’t have that slight give you usually feel when they’re fully tightened so it was hard to know when to stop torquing them. Overtightened one a bit accidentally. Be careful.. Brett. Takes ALOT of time to build, 4-5 hours and once the frame is built you will definitely need two people to move around but those drawers are deep and spacious, I added some wood glue for extra support, hope to make this thing last for a while....it fit perfect on my wall!. This dresser is solid when it comes to instructions - very easy to understand and put together. It’s also pretty heavy. I am in love with this dresser the size of the drawers are good, the line-up of the drawers isn’t wonky or off, and the sleek look is so cute. The reason I gave it a 4-star review instead of a 5-star review come down to two things. One, the front panels on the dresser drawers came with a few nicks, showing a much lighter tone of wood underneath. I was able to fix it with a few dots of my dark brown POSCA pen, but others may not be able to do the same with supplies at home. The other thing is the dresser is darker than the color shown in the image. While it worked out in the end, as I still love it and it still works with my other furniture, consumers should be able to expect to receive what they purchase, without surprises.
