As already noted, the chair was delivered on time, and I am satisfied with it. Noted, however, that the delivery people did not remove the packing material from the lobby of my apartment building. When I telephoned to complain about this, the representative was polite and apologetic and said she'd make a note of this, so that it wouldn't happen again. I love this recliner. BUT please read the size of it. It is a smaller recliner with a seat width of only 16 inches. It is good for a smaller size man or woman. I am 5 ft and slightly overweight any wider I would not fit! Easy to put together. It only recliner one way no adjusting. If you like to adjust when reclining get a power recliner this one may not be for you. It is very comfortable. I got stone beige. Thought it would be too light but it’s not. Love the color!!!
