[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using the same chair I bought when I first started working from home during covid, 40 hours a week for over 6 years and I very much needed a new chair. This chair is beyond my expectations. I have hip and back problems and this chair heats up and has massagers, I dont have to use the separate massage chair any more. The chair fits well in my small office shared bedroom, its not bulky at all. It is comfortable and I dont mind sitting in it 8 hours a day. I would recommend this chair for anyone working from home full time.. Ashleyv. Tue Sep 15 2026

Plus, this chair has a center tilt and an adjustable seat that accommodates people big and tall. This chair supports up to 500 lbs.

Big! See photo next to secretarial chair. I like that. Very sturdy feel. Not very soft, but you can add a cushion per preference. I like the vibration to the lumbar area. Not looking for it but I thought it is a cute feature. For a big guy it's still big but keeps armrests from poking my sides. The back rest locks vertical but not in recline positions. The spring is very hefty, though and provides good support. The armrests are fixed, which is fine because I can lean on them to reposition once in a while. Only dissapointments: the paint in an armrest had tiny nicks probably from vibration and rubbing inside the box, and the battery pocket in the underside of the seat was stapled tight and twisted being unusable. Will have to unstaple to fix. Assembly was easy. Only recommendation: do not tighten the seat/back/armrests screws be for aligning everything. OT says so in the directions but I missed it initially and had to loosen again. All in all good value forbthe money.. Anonymous. Solon, OH. Tue Feb 02 2021
