As already noted, the chair was delivered on time, and I am satisfied with it. Noted, however, that the delivery people did not remove the packing material from the lobby of my apartment building. I was super excited to get this recliner but quite disappointed when it arrived. First, when I ordered it I could sworn it said detachable cushion ms, but only the seat cushion is detachable, the back cushion is attached. Second, one of the legs was very loose and even after tightening it it still sits crooked and I’m worried it will just give out. And lastly, when I was skirting the chair over a couple inches the whole frame felt very loose and jiggly. I think for the price it should not have had any of these issues. While it is beautiful and the sewing seems to be done very well, I’m not convinced that the foundation is solid and definitely not the legs. At least on the one I received.. Marcia. Milwaukie, OR. Beautiful chair, beautifully made, expensive but worth it. So comfortable, the cushions are firm and supportive, and the fabric is sturdy with a lovely texture. The recliner mechanism is smooth and adjustable to where you want it. I got the wall hugger one which is great for my space. I was not happy with customer service, five stars for the chair but two stars for customer service. They very reluctantly responded to my request for brass nailheads instead of silver ones, I had to press for it- initially I was told they wouldn’t do that. A chair, especially one so expensive, that is made to order should be customizable. Are you listening, Perigold? There are other furniture sites and stores that sell it and they are willing to order as requested. All it takes is contacting the manufacturer. But I’m very happy with my chair.. Anne.
