Assembly was easy. These are comfortable. They wipe down well. Yes, some crumbs get caught in certain parts of the construction but it wipes right out. I prefer the low backs as my dining table floats in my room. These chairs are like a dining room version of a club or game table chair, which is perfect for our home. These chairs make sitting around the table a pleasure. Comfortable for dining, the long conversation that may continue at the table when guests are over, and sitting for long periods to play games. There's enough room in the seat to adjust your position for those long sits and the cushion is just enough to pad but offer support. And bonus, they are really attractive with a pretty color. One hole was filled with glue or something and we spent at least 30 minutes trying to get the bolt threaded. I got this chair to fit under my desk. The height of the space under my desk is 22.75”. The first two inches of the arms fit under my desk but the rest didn’t so for that reason I will be returning it. Other than that the quality of the chair received is great. I love the cushion of the chair itself and bought it for that reason as well as the design. I would have liked a bit more upper back support but it is comfortable as is for a more relaxed space.
