The high-grade manufactured wood has matt matt matt black top with a beautiful oak grain pattern, you could even hand feel the grain. This chair is solidly built. The frame is solid metal, heavier frame, extra sturdy. The cushy seat and sloping back are padded upholstery is sewn with subtle channels. channel tufted upholstery gives the chair a polished look while still keeping its cushiness. The welt-cord details add a sophisticated look.
