When I purchased this cart, there were no reviews. So here's my contribution to the cause. I give it four stars--I'd go three but every doggone person who sees it (young, old, male, female) comments on how great it looks. Pros: pretty wood; clean, simple lines (matches my industrial metal island and stainless appliances); on casters (so it's easy to move); has covered and uncovered storage (e.g. drawers and shelves). Cons: on casters (I know, I said that was a pro!) and therefore moves around a bit even with the wheels locked; the drawers have no glides (description says soft glide--the drawers literally are wood boxes inserted into the opening with wiggle room on both sides and could fall out if left open too far); the wood top had a few spots where the stain didn't take properly (white spots--the coffee maker covered one of them and I covered the other one with a tea towel like the towel is there casually on purpose (sigh)). Oh, and the shipment came via a special carrier, not FedEx or UPS (thus requiring scheduling to receive it); and everything is in the box in flat pieces--I literally put the whole thing together, including the drawers. Took me about 3 not at all unpleasant hours (the directions were great and I'm no carpenter). Worth the money? I'm not 100% convinced of that. But again, people literally remark (repeatedly) about how awesome they think it is...unsolicited....without me providing my list of pros and cons.. Lori. Pittsboro, NC. Sun Apr 07 2019
