I like the look of this combo sofabed. It looks more spendy than it is. The mattresscushions are thinner than I anticipated and, as other reviewers have noted, the bed is difficult to extend into the reclining and bed positions. I wanted to share an honest review to help future buyers. The sofa arrived vacuum-packed and does take time to expand. I waited over 48 hours as instructed. While it did improve, the final size and proportions still feel noticeably lower and flatter than what is shown in the listing photos. The fabric quality was another disappointment. Based on the photos, I expected something thicker and more premium. In reality, the fabric feels thinner and less structured, and the overall finish does not match the online images. The sofa does include a side storage pocket, but the design is much flatter and less defined compared to the listing photos, making it less functional and less visible. Overall, the sofa is usable and comfortable for casual lounging, but it does not look or feel like what is advertised online. Be aware that the product photos appear heavily styled and may set expectations higher than what you’ll actually receive. Customer service was helpful and offered a partial refund, which I appreciated, but I would still recommend this sofa only if you are comfortable with a more casual, low-profile piece that looks different in real life.
