Very Happy With the Trundle Bed. Good quality Parts. Its a Medium walnut Color and we like that! Instructions EZ to follow. I am 76 and had no problem building. You will need some space to assemble. We are using a 10 inch Novilla Memory Foam for Upper Mattress and tried the 10 inch Novilla mattress on lower pull out bed and it was too Close. Previously I have only purchased rugs from Wayfair, which I have always loved. I had never purchased any furniture. I was looking for a daybed and found one that I liked, so I bought it. Being a female in my 70’s, I was worried about the assembly. I considered paying to have someone put it together but my son said he would do it, so I didn’t purchase that. My son got very busy when the daybed arrived so it was just sitting in the box. Then I decided to start to read the directions and before you know it, I had assembled the bed all by myself. We could never find a sleeper sofa that was comfortable enough to actually sleep on. This daybed was the solution. The bed was easy to put together and except for a Phillips head screwdriver, they provided all the parts and tools needed. The velvet fabric is very pretty. We purchased a twin size Nectar Sleep mattress and added a bunkie board underneath for stability and everything fit perfectly. Such a pretty daybed! I’ll never buy another pullout couch again..
