Overall we really like this couch!! We didn’t realize that the cream color one doesn’t come with the arms to open and close the ottomans, there’s just wooden boards that run over the compartments and work as the structure for the seats. We absolutely LOVE this couch! Very beautiful in our livingroom, very comfortable, and very good quality. It is soft but firm and holds its shape well. Looks exactly like the photo so just know if you order the "beige" one that it isn't actually beige but more of an off white color. It is sometimes hard to tell colors through a screen but this was pretty accurate to the photos. Assembly was very straight forward and simple. I had the whole thing built within the hour. The only reason I docked a star was because this was a bit slow to ship. After ordering, it was on hold for about 6 days before I started seeing any movement with it.
