I love this product if fits the space i bought it for perfectly. It matches my hardwood flooring very well. It was delivered on time and was in good condition. My only complaint is all the nuts and bolts were strewn all over the box and fell out as i unpack it. Not sure how that happened but the bag that was supposed to hold the parts was completely torn. who ever packed this really messed up. I ended up one spring washer short. Assembling was not fun because one of the pre-drilled holes was not drilled properly and the hammerhead nut was not going in all the way in so the screw did not line up with the hole.
