Nice looking, solid wood table. We paid to have Wayfair assemble the table. That was a good decision. The fellow provided was prompt, efficient and neat. He even took off his shoes coming into our home! The table is exactly as described. It looks more expensive than the cost, probably because it has to be assembled. Use the assembly option and you won’t be disappointed with this table.. Barbara. Lacey, WA. Wed Oct 07 2026

This round table fits my kitchen nook perfectly. The butterfly leaf system is very handy for when we need to seat more people. I love not storing the extra leaf elsewhere in the house, just open it up to create an oval table. I bought chairs that match the black and oak table, but wish it was offered as set so I didn't have to spend the extra time searching for chairs. I looked at a lot of tables before choosing this one. It is exactly what I needed.. Sandra. Murfreesboro, TN. Sat Jun 27 2026

I love this table. It's heavy and feels sturdy. The only thing that upset me is that they shipped it with cloth straps that were stapled to the underside of the table. I understand it probably kept it safer for shipping however the staples were very hard to remove and left some damage to the table, even if no one can see underneath I feel that is disappointing.. Versatile beauty is available in a range of finishes. The Sturges Extendable Round Solid Wood Dual Drop Leaf Dining Table seamlessly complements any decor. Constructed with solid wood, the table exudes functionality with its dual drop leaf tabletop design. Picture this beautiful pedestal base dining table in your own kitchen in one of its beautiful finishes, or select the unfinished version and easily finish it yourself.

Quite the nice table. I got the unfinished so I could stain the color sine I can never tell if the color will be right when ordering online plus I wanted a dark base and a light top. I was happy to see that the top does not have those zig zag joints that are often popular with rubber wood. The grain is nice and the pieces of wood have a good color match. The table is sturdy and well made. Look up the directions from this web site for the assembly of base to top. If you are finishing it yourself be sure and use a wood conditioner first before stain since the wood tends to stain splotchy.. Joyce. Sat May 30 2026
