Absolutely beautiful and and easy to put together. My one complaint would be that though the top IS solid wood, I was disappointed to find it still had a laminate over it. Any scratch to the surface and it will bubble if it gets wet and that will eventually ruin the surface. This table is versatile and elegant with a transitional style. Featuring an optional extension leaf that can be removed and stored away, it can expand when additional seating is desired. The tabletop is round without the extension leaf and becomes oval when the leaf is inserted. The table is constructed with gorgeous acacia wood with a natural grey finish. The single pedestal base consists of 4 pieces of wood that are beautifully carved in a concaved and curved design. They meet the centre and separate again to meet each foot of the base, which also have gorgeous carved detailing. The one removable extension leaf transforms the table from 54" to 72" wide, maintaining a consistent depth of 54" and a height of 30". This table can be paired with many styles of chairs in different colours to match your dining aesthetic. It comfortably seats up to six people with the leaf inserted.

This table initially arrived broken on the rim of the tabletop. It was very easy to take pictures and file them with wayfair to request a replacement part. Wayfair went further and replaced the entire table AND arranged to remove the broken table. This process did take some more time than we would have liked but the communication with both Wayfair and their local delivery team was wonderful. Sometimes the most beautiful piece in the room is the simplest. Our orlando collection is brilliantly executed and marries grand scaling with rich texture marble top and sturdy solid wood base. Like the perfect piece of art, this collection will be the conversation starter in any room.

This really is an elegant and gorgeous table. The top is a beautiful, natural marble. It has some warm toned shades, which works perfectly in my 60s home. The legs are a soft black and are reinforced by sturdy metal hardware in the underside of the table. I received the table with white glove delivery, which is fabulous for such occasions a heavy item. The timing of the delivery was very effectively communicated. The marble top had two light stains that appeared to be from some moisture exposure. They were along the sides and not that noticeable, so I didn't ask Wayfair to replace the top. If I had asked them to replace the top, I'm confident they would have brought me another one. It's marble, so it needs to be protected from anything dark that might stain it, so I also purchased some clear patterned place mats for meals and my son's drawing sessions.
