The color s a perfect Neutral Beige for my taste 3 stars for measurement discrepancy, it’s a few inches off, the couch is smaller than the indicated measurements 3 Stars for price, it’s over priced 0 Stars for the company used to deliver the couch. They unboxed the couch on the sidewalk, once inside they removed the plastic wrapping with their very dirty hands and stained the couch in multiple places. Definitely not white glove delivery I would have given it an overall 3 stars but the customer service representative who helped me after the delivery incident gained that extra star, and for how cute comfortable the couch is..
