okay love how the couch came out! I had a family friend build this and it took him a couple hours alone. I would say it was relatively easy. however the pillows are flatter than i assumed, they don’t have much structure to them in terms of laying on them , but that makes sense with them acting as the “back board”. I would recommend adding some pillows to lounge on instead of these. The comfort of it is alright, still kinda stiff feeling but i’m hoping when i use it more i’ll kinda break it in. LOVE the color, gives the space a bit of pop!! The material is very soft and so far my dogs love it! Only complaint I have is it is VERY firm. I work from home a few days a week so I’m hoping after a bit it isn’t as firm. I love this couch! Beautiful design element and made with good quality. I’m 5’4 and find the dimensions very comfortable even though the back of the couch is short. I will say though, that my friends over 6 feet tall may be slightly less comfortable with the low back rest. Also, my only qualm with this couch is that the attachments allowing you to hook the two pieces together were screwed in slightly off, making the couch unlevel when they’re hooked to each other. My significant other is still trying to figure out how to put this together, somehow he did this with it (see image) and currently it’s a chair instead of a storage loveseat. The fabric is really soft and the pillows are quite fluffy. They come very flat and take a several days to fully puff up. Hopefully he’ll figure out the full secret to assembly success and I’ll be able to report back with the loveseat reveal. It does make a nice chair so far. The sofa is great! We bought it in November, and at the beginning my husband was a but skeptical because it took about 2 full days for it to fully spring up, but once it did(especially the corners) it’s awesome. My kids love laying on it to watch tv, and I’ve many impromptu naps on it. Definitely recommend to those that are looking for a comfy and affordable option.
