I got the Genuine Leather Executive Chair for my home office. Overall, it looks very fancy, contemporary, and sturdy. But there are some flaws: the swivel base came scratched, and some chrome parts were already peeled. Also, the adjustment buttons could have a better finish. For an almost $1,000 chair, these things shouldn't happen. However, the leather feels amazing and appears to have great quality. The colors are great, and the back of the chair is also very cool. Super nice chair! Came in one large heavy box, shipped quickly with FX. Assembly was mediocre, Instructions where super tiny, hard to see illustrations. I have 3 of these chairs now and love them all. The oldest one is about 4 years old and is good as new after daily use. They are challenging to put together since the inserts for the mounting screws are not precisely positioned. The trick is to only partially screw in all the screws before tightening any of them down. Then rotate through each one, gradually tightening them in order to keep the arm from binding. I also wrap some packing tape around the strut before inserting it into the base to keep it from going in all the way, otherwise the chair sits a bit too low even in the highest position, in my opinion.
