March 30, 2026 Chairs are beautiful. They are as described... strong and sturdy. I appreciate the full service delivery, so they brought into my home and placed where I asked. My only concern is that on the back of one chair, the material is not sewn down tight. I can see the fabric stretched and puckering. I hope this will not cause an issue in the future. The chairs are far too expensive for any flaws. UPDATE April 25, 2026 I purchased two of Villa Cherie Tufted Dining Arm Chairs, Upholstery Color Hazelnut, for 1,179.00 per chair. They were delivered on March 30, 2026. I see they are now on sale for 1,133.47. I requested the discounted price difference, which was about a 100 total price difference with taxes. Even though I have not had the chairs for a full 30 days, Wayfair will not price match. Its not their policy. I have purchased a lot of items from Wayfair, and their policies (for the high price charged for their goods) should be more customer service friendly. **UPDATE: I texted the company and they sent me 3 new chairs which arrived quickly and in perfect condition. They also arranged for the damaged chairs to be picked up by FedEx for no charge. I’m very pleased with the excellent customer service provided and so happy I now have 4 great chairs for my kitchen table. I will post new pictures soon. I’m very mad about my second order of this chair! I ordered 1 chair because I wanted to make sure it looked good and was what I wanted before ordering another 3 to complete my kitchen dinette set. The first chair was delivered in perfect condition and I really liked it so I ordered 3 more and when they arrived they were all damaged to a certain degree.
