I bought it in walnut. It looks really nice and seems very sturdy. I put it together my self (55F) over the course of a few hours after work with no issues. The only issue I had was that it had a defect in the glaze on front. The manufacturer offered a nice discount, so I decided to keep it. So far so good after putting this together I would say it took maybe an hour with a partner. It was very easy to put together. All the parts were in the box except for one screw or two were missing so we definitely should get better with making sure that everything is in the also it is very lightweight in terms of lifting, but very sturdy and strong when I first saw this piece online I automatically assumed that it would not have the physical capacity to hold a lot of stuff just because things that I have purchased in the past from Wayfair have been not the strongest material in terms of furniture, such as dressers or disc, etc. however, this is a wonderful piece. This side board is gorgeous in peron. I purchased two of them to serve as a long TV console with the TV mounted on the wall just above it. The color is rich. The shelves are spacious. I added a few wooden baskets inside to keep stuff neat. Note, the entire piece isnt wooden but the legs and front are. It took the installer about 2hrs to put both pieces together. When I saw this beautiful sideboard on sale, I was both excited and skeptical. However, after reading the details and purchasing on “blind” faith, I must say that I’m very pleased with the final results! This easy-to-assemble piece instantly added a classy vintage vibe to my office. With a ton of shelf space, it perfectly marries design and practicality, making it one of my new favorites. My only critique is about the wood and material quality. It works nicely for what it is, but it can be easily scratched or dented, especially during assembly. I absolutely love this sideboard. It has become one of my favorite pieces in my apartment. Not a bad piece, instructions were pretty easy to follow. The main portion was very easy to assemble, however., the doors are a nightmare. Vey difficult to align. I will have to re-align them once I put it in its permanent place. It is a great size and the fluted doors were exactly what I wanted. The only issue I have is with the back, I wish the panels were black on both sides as it makes it look very cheap. Nobody will see that since it will be against a wall, but I know it’s there.
