I had a delivery date scheduled for 11/22/24 and last minute they said it was delayed. 2 weeks later I called cuz I hadn’t heard anything and finally they investigated and said they lost my couch..MY COUCH!!! How do you lose a couch??? They finally ordered a replacement which took almost a month to reship. I was without a couch as I got rid of the old one as soon as I had a delivery date. Fast forward to day of delivery and the guys didn’t even know how to get the couch inside and told me they couldn’t take it apart. I had to help them to show them how to get it through the front door. The couch is nice however it has these little manual pull levers that r hidden inside on the side to pop up the reclining part and I hate them. I thought there was going to be the manual pull levers on the outside like most manual reclining couches. The lever is so hard to pull and it doesn’t always come all the way out and I am straining to push and pull at the same time just to get it out. Since I waiting so long to even get the couch I guess I’m stuck with it. First big furniture purchase from wayfair and I am not happy.. Sarah. Winter Park, FL. Sat Dec 21 2024
