Love this bench! It was quite an ordeal to put together but it finally all fit the way it was intended. I would however have put the handles and drawer pulls on before hanging the doors or building the drawers. I am disappointed in the cushion as it is very hard and the off-white is not that pretty with the white wood. The cushion cover is not very snug either. I plan to make a new cover to match my furnishings, so that will solve that problem. My bench was delivered on time and arrived well packaged. It was true to its advertised soft gray color which looks really nice in my hall entryway. The pillow seat is comfortable but would look better in white rather than beige. It had a noticeable scrape on the front left side that was painted over, but it would not cause me to return the bench after my husband spent quite awhile putting it together.
