Not your traditional desk, but I personally like the design. It can give the impression that it is not level but I believe it is due to the contemporary design that gives that appearance. Very heavy box! Also, as expected, many parts, especially screws and bolts. Use real tools and not the ones provided. Even with electric tools it took a little over two hours to put together, mostly my husband doing the work, I simply helped holding things in place and fetching parts for him. The desk, once built, is pretty solid. The drawers slide nicely without any difficulty and close back up with no issue and, more importantly, stay closed. Three drawers on one side only, enough room for files and extra office items. I wish it had the keyboard holder. The wooden top looks great on top of the white desk, now I feel my black chair does not coordinate well, I may need to buy a white or tan chair. Overall it’s a nice desk and will work out perfect for my extra office in the basement. Bought this in the 71" width so it's a fairly large desk. The height is very comfortable and the desk itself is spacious (depth as well). I wish that I could give it 4.5 stars due to the assembly as some parts weren't labeled, instructions weren't clear, and too many screws! I also don't understand why the top is divided into 4 pieces as it makes the even alignment of the edges more difficult (you can see the edges in the photo attached). It's not as if the 4 pieces vs 1 single piece makes the box lighter or easier to turn the table on its legs once assembly is finished. The tables are being used in an office and will work for our needs. They came quickly and were easy but time consuming to assemble. They look nice in the room and provide a lot of space to set up two monitors, a printer, and a laptop and still have room to work. I particularly like the width of the tables.
