Love the bed! It was pretty easy to put together, beautiful and well made. However, the shipping process was chaotic. Since the bed frame is considered a large item, it’s shipped to a warehouse in Indiana before making its way to me, but they marked it as delivered (to me) once it arrived to their warehouse and I stopped receiving status updates. I kept having to call cs to see what the status of my order was. I was also never emailed when it finally arrived to the Denver warehouse so I could schedule delivery like I was told. Wayfair customer service was very helpful with every inquiry I made and also scheduled the delivery on a call. It took a few weeks to arrive, which was longer than expected.
