Despite having a few issues with the order, overall I am satisfied with my purchase. The bed arrived with a broken front light cable and one of the front boards was slightly damaged. I contacted customer service, and they helped resolve the issue in less than two days. We glued the damaged board and repaired the light cable ourselves so the lights would work properly. In the end, the bed looks as good as new—you have to look very closely to notice the repairs. The bed is beautiful, has side drawers just like shown in the pictures, and it was not difficult to assemble. Despite the initial issues, I am happy with the final result and would recommend it.. It’s been great for keeping extra bedding, shoes, and other items tucked away so the room stays more organized without needing additional furniture. The upholstered fabric is also much softer than I expected and gives the frame a more elevated look compared to a standard metal or wood bed frame. It adds a nice touch while still feeling practical and durable for everyday use. Assembly was surprisingly easy and straightforward, which was a huge plus.
