I bought this in the cream color and it was delivered and set up this morning, Nov 3, 2023. It’s absolutely beautiful and perfect for my family room. I had the full “white glove” delivery and the company Wayfair used was very nice and mostly professional. The only thing I’m not completely satisfied with is they didn’t completely assemble the sofa properly. They attached the main feet to the bottom of the 3 sections and did make sure they were all connected to each other. However as they were leaving they handed me 2 large plastic bags of additional materials that were supposed to also be attached to the bottom of the sofa for safety and stability. So the entire sofa tilts forward as I go to get up off the sofa. I don’t know why they didn’t complete the delivery job and left me with these safety concerns. This sofa is incredibly heavy and there’s no way I’m able to finish putting any of this together myself. It has to be taken apart and each section flipped on its side to attach the extra required and supplied supports. It weighs almost 500 pounds and it’s a power sofa with 2 heavy reclinersone on each end. So I’m going to have to hire someone to come and complete the job that was supposed to be included in this “white glove” delivery. They did clean up all of their packaging and they were very nice. But they should not have left without finishing the job. I’m pretty sure they knew that it wasn’t properly finished right before they left when they saw the additional parts. But instead of doing what they were supposed to do they just handed them to me and left. He called them “extra parts or replacement parts”. Well it’s very obvious that they are “required” parts to make certain the components are safe and secure. I didn’t know they were required parts or anything at the time because I trusted the 2 men that delivered my sofa since they were a commercial delivery company that Wayfair contracted to use.
