It’s a very sturdy couch, short compared to a real couch, but as expected when reading the dimensions. I picked it because a lot of the reviews said that the cushions were firm and not soft and I wanted to ensure it lasted me the 3 years I’d be int rh little apartment I was in. I will say it IS more firm than I expected, almost 3 years and haven’t softened up any, but I prefer that over them flattening out and becoming thin and very uncomfortable. I bought the ginger couch about a year ago and have loved it. It’s a smaller couch but my house was built in 1965 so the space is smaller and the couch works perfectly. I’m really happy with this couch. It’s the perfect size for my space as it is compact enough to fit comfortably without feeling cramped, but still roomy enough to relax on.
