I absolutely love this sectional! The color is beautiful in person, the fabric is soft, and the couch is really comfortable. I especially love the movable ottomans—I can easily change the setup depending on whether we’re lounging, having a movie night, or want more open space. My only issue was assembly. The instructions are universal for several of their couches instead of specific to this model, so it was confusing at first. I assembled part of it incorrectly and had to undo about 30 minutes of screwing. Tip Open ALL the boxes first and make sure you have all the pieces and hardware before starting.. Anonymous. Read the reviews before purchasing. This couch is the color I wanted and is true to what was posted. The seat cushions hug you when you sit down. The back cushions are not as comfortable. I wish the back cushions were as thick as the seats, or at least thicker than what they are. The zippers for the arm rest do not match very well in leaving about an inch and a half of zipper hangover and an equal amount of gap visible from the other side of the arm rest. The legs are plastic, making it feel cheap, but the material of the couch is super soft so you forget about the cheap parts. It took me about an hour to put together by myself, but you will need help lifting it back in the upright position after putting all the pieces together. I don’t love it but I do like it. Delivery was frustrating, but I blame FedEx for that. After having to push all 4 boxes up the stairs by myself and putting it together, it’s too much of a hassle to return it so I’m keeping it. My dog loves it and looks really cute on it.. Shannon. US. Wed Aug 05 2026

Big fan. The left and right side arrived a few days before the middle piece but all very fast. About a week in and the fluffiness is holding up well. Great for the price, better than I expected Notes the back is slanted as seen in the photos. It makes the couch not as deep, but gives decent back support. When you remove the back cushions to sleep on it, its very wide. The couch in general and ottomans arent very heavy, so the ottomans tend to slide easily when moving around. Little furniture pads or a thick rug should fix that.. Abigail. Tulsa, OK. Wed Aug 26 2026

One of my favorite purchases from Wayfair. It is beautiful, it is SOO comfortable. It really is like a cloud. I chose this for our second floor living room because it is able to fit through a stairwell and through a standard door frame with no trouble. My preteen and I unpacked it ourselves. Last time I had a sectional in the same room, we had to repair damage from moving it to the door frame and to some walls. I never thought I'd be able to have another large sectional in that room again after we removed the last one. Then I heard about boneless sectionals. It is the perfect solution for tough to get to spaces. I have three children and no fear that they can ruin it because stains come right out with mild soap and warm water. Very happy! Excuse the dim lighting in the photos, we have yet to install our new fixture (also from Wayfair).. Melissa. Mcdonough, GA. Thu Jul 09 2026

Complete the look in your living room or den with this reversible modular sectional. It includes six chair sections that are configurable in any number of ways to suit your room’s layout. The engineered wood frame has coil spring construction that is designed for support and also helps to prevent sagging over time. The cushioned back, rounded arms, and plump seats are filled with foam and wrapped in easy-care faux leather that looks soft and feels inviting. We love that the seat cushions are removable, making it a breeze to vacuum up those inevitable crumbs. Full assembly is required.

it’s comfy, it’s cute. my only gripe is that it’s easy to unlatch the modular pieces and the cushions needs to be adjusted frequently.. Alyssa. Sat Sep 19 2026
