This bed was very easy to build. I built it by myself with maybe an hour a little bit more than an hour. The instructions will clear on how to use all the materials that they packed into the back of the headboard. The only thing that wasn’t clear was where to put the slats when you were adding that in but again you can use your best judgment of where to add in the screws. OMG I’m obsessed. I have a 14 inch Queen mattress and I was worried it would cover the headboard with pillows placed. It didn’t. Still plenty of headboard seen. I bought the Natural color. It’s so pretty and clean looking. It was more grey than beige, but it ended up looking great. No regrets. Looks way more expensive than it was. I ordered this for an AIRBNB - I ordered it in the black and off white. It looks really nice, but the slats under the mattress are not too thick...so I am not sure if it will be strong enough not to hold the mattress and hold a person. We shall see.
