Great Sofa, Disappointing Customer Service We absolutely love the sofa itself—perfect for our basement! It’s super comfortable, and the color is exactly what we were hoping for. It really pulls the room together and feels like a great quality piece. However, the customer service experience was disappointing. Before we even received the sofas, the price dropped significantly. I reached out hoping they could offer a price adjustment, but was told that Wayfair doesn’t do that. Their suggestion was to return the furniture (at our expense) and repurchase it at the lower price—which seems unreasonable and not customer-friendly.
