I love this tree skirt so much. It feels very good quality like it will last for many, many years. It did have a factory smell upon opening, but it washes nicely. The picture on the rug is of it after washing and the wood floor is of it before and there is no shrinkage or loose threads. I washed it on gentle and then hung it until 75 dry and then put it on air dry in the dryer to finish so it wouldn’t be stiff. Highly recommend! I heard sad beige Christmas is out and plaid is in this year!

This tree skirt has charm galore and reminds me of Christmas' past. I didn't even realize that it was two sided - plain red on one side and holiday plaid on the other! It is well made, the stitching will definitely hold up for years to come and the material is nice and thick. It was well protected during shipment. Couldn't ask for anything more!
