Have had a similar tree stand for about 20 years and was looking for a new one. This was on clearance for about $20!. Got it in two days. It has five bolts to hold the trunk. My old one only has four. The extra bolt will help maintain balance and allow for better adjustments for the 8' white pines we use as Christmas trees.
