I am very disappointed that the lights stopped working after the first week. I want a refund or replacement!

Upon opening the box, few fiber optic strands fell into my hands, then after removing the angel from the main inner box, a small box taped to the adapter wire was empty, probably the spare bulb that is mentioned in the listing. Now we plugged the angel and adapter into the 110V wall outlet and the bulb already in the base of the angel failed to light! No outside switch was found to possibly turn on the light and none mentioned in the instructions. Now to we looked to see how to access the base to check the bulb and the small screw that they say must be removed is non-existent. A what looks like an access door is visible but no way to remove it as per the instructions Could possibly use a razor blade to cut around what looks like the access door but also quite possible doing damage to inner components! In addition, the underside of her dress had string hanging down from a sloppy seamstress [ if indeed it was hand sewn or machined stitched] For the amount of money spent on this this was nothing more than a basket case! Sending it back after contacting customer service and see what the replacement looks like. If it still looks like and works like garbage, then take it from there!

She beautiful on top of my 9’+ real Christmas tree. No noise. Fabric is soft, love fiber optics! Classy, pretty angel appears to be floating on top of tree!

It is beautiful. A little bit large than I thought but fit my tree perfectly!

This tree topper was a God send! My 40 year old angel tree topper broke. This replacement looks much better than the old one!
