The price for the product. The similar skirt at Home Depot for 9.99 was as nice looking. I am not sure how they justified the price. I will definitely be replacing this meat year. Too thin and too little of a trim that is not even to the edge of the skirt. My fault for not measuring either, the skirt is so small you cam barely see it under the tree
