Would have been such a cute ornament if it wasn’t defective. Like other reviews, the ornament came with no hook at the top of Minnie’s bow.

Bought this few months ago. When I opened same issue: hassle is broken off. Lenox didn’t respond to my email also. Also, the ornament is not fitted I. Box like previous years it is just floating around in the box.
