The tree came damaged. I have tried to contact them twice now about returning or exchanging the item, but have yet to hear back from anyone. I am very disappointed.

This tree is beautiful and the snowflakes add so much sparkle to it.

I like the tree and how u attach the snowflakes to the lights. The fiber optic tree I had before. With it the fiber optic lights would slowly fade in and out to the different colors, This fiber optic tree doesn't, The fiber optic colors blink as they change. But it's pretty though. However, my husband is epileptic. Lights like this can and may cause him to have a seizure. So, I may not be able to use it next year for Christmas.
