Opened the box and found the tree with no instructions and appearance of being quite mechanical to set up fluff out and then decorate. Sealed it back up and returned. Less shipping cost refund was received upon drop off at FedEx.

I bought this tree from you back in September (forgot to go thru my account) Just now put it up. Wow! I have always had real trees - love noble firs - This tree looks so real - as good as any real ones I have had (and I've had good ones) Feels real. takes a little while to fluff up branches (hinges make it easy to get in right place) Good Quality. Good price.

Very nice tree. CUstoemr servicew and website inability to find contact information or get more details was not great. Overall, happy, good value.
