I’ve been looking for my Christmas tree for five years. I’ve purchased three and sent back two. I’ve decided to finally keep this one because overall, it really is better than most But there’s a lot that I don’t like about it. My bar is very high. I want to love this tree, and keep it for the rest of my years. The tree comes in four pieces. It can be both a 9 foot tree and a 7 which is really lovely. It’s also made well. It’s all steel and they took their time putting it together. It takes about four hours to really fluff it the first time. Honestly, when I opened the box, I thought there was no way it was going to look decent. And oddly the way, they wrapped all the branches you actually had to turn each one of the branches over. Don’t know how to describe, it’s like they put the branches on upside down. The outer branches are beautiful. The inner branches are the less realistic and cheaper filler commonly used, and uniform from top to bottom in both length and quantity which doesn’t make sense because the branches on the bottom are four times as big as the branches on the top. So, on the bottom branches, it’s just not adequate. The two tones could be nice if it were blended better but the tree really looks like a combination of two trees. Most artificial trees there’s a blend of the more realistic, PVC plastic branches with the paper adding fullness or depth. On this tree, literally the inner branches are a completely different color and texture than the outer branches. And then there’s the top section. As anyone knows who’s favorite tree is a noble fir, the top of a natural can often be sparse. However, when you’re designing your perfect noble tree, shouldn’t it be a little more perfect? I wasn’t anticipating paying this much for a Christmas tree and having it look Charlie brownish. Literally, the top 36 inches are columnar not graduated like the rest of the tree. If only they had spent the time to make the first/bottom row of the top section a bit fuller and wider, this tree would be near perfect. Lastly, I feel like there are so few examples of realistic looking trees and this one Is the closest I’ve seen at this price point. so the limited choices left me making compromises, and I knew this was going to be a little too big, but it is really too wide at the bottom. Hope the detail helps someone else. I’m including the before and after photos of the initial fluff. *Note, this is what the tree looks like without the base section. Once I get lights on and have the full tree up, I’ll update.

It’s a lot “fuller” in person than advertised. But still very beautiful. Keep in mind that it comes with mixed branches. It has the newer more realistic looking branches on the ends and the older stringing plastic ones on the inside. I purchased the 7.5 tree. I would’ve given it 5 stars if it was exactly like the picture. I wanted a more open branch tree with the Scandinavian look.
