Arrived with some of the branches broken

The absolute worst purchase ever! I just opened up the 2 trees that I ordered - which was my mistake for waiting for so long. These trees are completely falling apart. They are so brittle that the branches break in pieces just trying to spread them out. Lots of broken pieces even in the box that they were shipped in. Complete waste of money. It's too late to make a return which is my fault. Would have given it zero stars if I would have been able to do so. In the trash they go!

Love this little tree. I order two more. It looks real and is a nice size. Looks cute on my table. You can decorate it or leave it plain. Also the shipping was quick.
