Lighted Artificial Fir Christmas Tree

Sent completely different tree , green , small , worth 100 . Had to return to fed ex an hour away to have it in the system to get refund in 2-5 business days . No compensation and white tree out of stock. Would not send similar replacement tree expedited in time for holidays worst customer service . Three reps who were clearly working from home as one had a baby crying in background and then a finally after two hours on hold , calls back , etc a “ manager “ who couldn’t understand that I needed a new tree for the holidays, not January
