The colors in the picture is actually correct, if youre looking for real reds this is not the item to purchase. It says red but its more of a dark maroon purple color. Very nice color and a added surprise. I know it said red but the colors in the picture was showing a different hue and Im glad I took a chance on it....now the xmas tree I ordered is another story in itself..(heavy sigh)
