So far we're very happy with our tree. We didn't completely set it up, just enough to know that all of the pieces are accounted for, the lights work, and the height is perfect! If I remember, I'll update the review during the holidays.

I didn’t keep this tree, it hurt my hands as soon as I started to take it out of the box. Fluffing this tree would have made my hands look like I got into a fit with a pack of cats… I sent it back.

The tree is nice. I purchased a 5 1/2 foot tree, but I cannot put the usual ornaments that I usually put on the tree because it slips off. If you want to decorate the tree, you have to use light weight, ornaments and most of the branches are not suitable for ornaments. It’s pretty and easy to put together and it came with lights because that’s what I wanted, but next time it’s better to go in person so I could put the ornaments that I do have on the tree.

I spoke to Daniel Guevra (CS) before purchasing and he was very helpful. He knew the difference between the different light bulb styles, his favorite tree (from what he saw on the showroom floor), and set up an account for my company's behalf which offered us a discounted rate. We used this tree for a high end client who needed a thinner tree. As with all trees, I recommend taking the time to fan out the branches, and that makes it look full and nice. We purchased a 4.5 tree (to sit on a table) and 7.5 tree. Both looked great.
